Refund Policy
At JennyCare, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice for a full refund or to rebook at no extra charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a £25 late cancellation fee, and missed appointments without notice are non-refundable. If we need to cancel or reschedule on our end and you’re unable to rebook, you’ll receive a full refund. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
